Some HRC Patients Complain of Hormone Overdose Side Effects

HRC Medical Foundation’s Latest Research Emphasizes Need for Personal, Customized Care

HRC Medical, one of the fastest growing networks of hormone replacement therapy centers in the country, has made great strides in the last few months with respect to the advancement of hormone research. Hormone therapy, which has been around in the United States since 1939, is quickly gaining acclaim as one of the most effective anti-aging and general wellness procedures. It is widely regarded to have numerous benefits to a person’s health, including (but by no means limited to): increases in libido, focus, energy, motivation, and general happiness.

HRC, through its affiliated physicians has been reinvigorating the lives of thousands since its founding in 2007, utilizing a revolutionary pellet-based system of hormone replacement within their AMOR VIE therapy program

The company recently created one of the most ambitious undertakings on hormone research and education, the HRC Medical Foundation.  The foundation has made finding the safest and most effective ways of administering hormone therapy its priority in its initial research, and they have already completed a few studies with promising results.

One of these studies was initiated to monitor the effects of testosterone levels in women.  Though this hormone is more commonly associated with males, women have varying levels of this chemical in their bloodstream as well.   Testosterone is introduced into the female body from the ovaries and adrenal glands, and, depending on a variety of different factors, the discrepancies in hormone levels from woman to woman can be dramatically different.  Because of this, most scientists agree that there is no agreed upon baseline level for testosterone in the bloodstream.

HRC’s latest findings appear to support this point of view.  The company did a testosterone study involving 672 women who claimed to be “satisfied” with their treatments at HRC. “Satisfied” means they achieved symptom relief with minimal side effects and therefore renewed their treatment for another year. After analyzing 4288 measurements, the mean testosterone level attained in this sample was 181.4 while the median level was 173.0. The first quartile was 127.0 and the third quartile was 223.0.

Such varied results appear to validate the physicians method of slowly and safely introducing hormones into the bloodstream in a way that takes into account the health of the specific individual, as opposed to arbitrary national averages incorporating people of all ages and medical histories.

This study is quite important for HRC.  The company likes to emphasize its focus on taking care of individuals with respect to each person’s special circumstances, a concept HRC Medical refers to as “personalized wellness care.”  The results should allow HRC and physicians to more accurately predict the preferred levels of testosterone in the bloodstream for individuals, which will gradually increase the effectiveness of the AMOR VIE program in the long run.

Don Hale, President and co-founder of HRC Medical, explained the primary aim behind the new research thus, “Our mission is to help improve the lives of people who could benefit from Amor Vie® Therapy.”  Refining the company’s own methods and disseminating helpful, relevant information to the public about the potential benefits of natural hormone replacement therapy will be the key focal points for HRC in the years to come.
